Growing up in Central Valley California meant that our summer vacations from school were going to be caliente! After what seemed like countless hours of playing with the water hose (pre drought of course) you could hear the paletero honking in the distance! As you gather with all your primos, and race outside, you look at all the character face ice cream bars that never look quite like their photo, to the colorful selection of raspados, and your absolute favorite…the Mangonda! With its sweet and savory flavor, you weren’t the only spicy Latina anymore. 

Our Mangonada candle brings back those warm months as a child that you can only escape to in memory. With notes of Fresh Cut Mango and squeezed Citrus Lime, with an added kick of sweet heat from chiles.
