Return & Refund Policy

Returns: Lo Siento (I'm Sorry), As confident as we our in our products, we all know that things may happen. If the scent(s) you purchased are not up to your expectations. You may return it to us for an exchange or refund.

Please contact us within (14) days of receiving your order to request a return/exchange and we be delighted to help you. All returned items must be in new and unused condition.

Por Favor, Please note: You will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refunds: After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of the item, and after our approval of the requested refund, we will process the return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. We will notify you by email once your return has been processed.

Please inspect your items carefully upon receiving them and contact us if anything is damaged, defective or if you have received the wrong item(s) so we may evaluate the issue and make it right. If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us within 48 hours along with order number, photos, and a brief description of the damage to alma@lunavelacandleco.com. Do not use product if it is visibly compromised/broken*. 

*Imperfections such as: Minor discoloration/scuffing of the wax, slightly off-centered labels/printing, tiny markings on the outside of the jar, cold spots, etc. will not impact the quality of the candle.
